Paperwork
These terms apply when you request, book, or host a study, sit, walk-through, or briefing with Dispatch Canvas Core (“we”, “us”). By sending a booking note or accepting a written outline, you accept these terms.
The work
We provide on-site observation of dispatch desks and written reports as described on this site and in your outline. The site’s rates are informational. A booking exists only when both parties have a signed or clearly accepted outline.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for your staff, drivers, customers, and premises. You warrant that we may sit within earshot of calls without recording them, and that you have authority to host a visitor on the desk.
Intellectual property
Notebooks stay with us. The bound report we deliver is licensed to you for internal use at the named site. You may copy it for staff at that site. You may not republish it as a product, course, or public article without written consent. Our method, map templates, and briefing scripts remain ours.
Confidentiality
We do not name hosts in public notes without permission. We do not record calls. We destroy visitor copies of run sheets when the report is delivered, unless you ask us to return them.
Liability
We are not your dispatcher, insurer, or workplace adviser. Our reports are observations and recommendations; they do not guarantee job volume, driver behaviour, or safety outcomes. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for a booked study is limited to the fees paid for that study or to re-performing the unused portion of the work.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Bookings already accepted follow the terms in force on the date of acceptance.
