Dispatcher morning briefing
One morning on your floor walking a map — ours or yours — so Monday starts with a script the desk can keep.
The briefing is for desks that already have a report from us, or that made an internal change and want a calm Monday. We do not arrive with slides. We pin the map, walk the two or three moves, and let the dispatcher ask the ugly questions before the phones start.
Owners may sit in. Drivers are welcome for the last half hour if you want the handover line said once in the open. The fee is $720. If you need a new observation as well, book a sit rather than stacking briefings.
