This notice explains how Dispatch Canvas Core handles personal information. We are the controller of information collected through this site and through bookings.
What we collect
- Contact notes: name, email, optional suburb, preferred week, chosen study, and the message you write
- Booking files: host names, site address, shift times, and the contents of the bound report
- Essential cookie choice stored on your device (see Cookies)
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. We do not record dispatch calls.
Why we hold it
We use contact notes to reply and to prepare a scoping call. We use booking files to run the sit and to write the report. We do not sell mailing lists.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Booking files and delivered reports are kept for seven years for accounting and dispute handling, then destroyed or anonymised.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- the host and named staff at the booked site
- an accountant or insurer when a claim or invoice requires it
- a printer bound by confidentiality, when a report is produced on paper
We do not place marketing pixels on this site.
International transfers
Our email and site host may store copies outside Australia. Where that happens, we rely on contractual clauses with the host and on the fact that the information is limited to booking correspondence.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal retention. Write to hello@dispatchcanvascore.digital or to Level 10, 41 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our response.
Children
This site is written for adult operators of dispatch desks. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
