Prices below are guides. Final fees are confirmed in writing after the scoping call. No payment is taken on this site.
How we price
Fees follow days on your floor, the number of shifts covered, and whether the write-up must cover more than one site. GST is added where required. Travel inside greater Melbourne is included. Regional Victoria is quoted with overnight costs named up front.

Dispatch-room flow study
Typically $6,400–$9,200
Three consecutive weekdays on the desk plus a write-up week and a Monday briefing. Range depends on shifts covered and whether after-hours observation is included.
Single-shift desk sit
From $1,850
One live shift (up to eight hours) with a short written note the following week. Useful when you want to test the method before a full study.
Radio and phone desk walk-through
$980
A half-day on the floor focused on reach, cable paths, and where unfinished paper lands. No full flow map.
Dispatcher morning briefing
$720
For clients who already have a report from us, or who need a facilitated Monday after an internal change.
After-hours coverage mapping
Quoted
Evenings and weekends priced by the number of nights observed. Often paired with a full study rather than sold alone.
What moves a quote
- Two desks or two yards in the same week
- A desk that runs radio and counter in separate rooms
- A need for a Saturday sit
- A report that must name driver-side effects as well as desk-side ones
Deposits and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you accept the written outline and pay the deposit named in that outline. The remainder is due on delivery of the bound report. See Refunds for how deposits and cancellations work.
